Summary
US Real Estate Law Explorer does not require accounts, does not set tracking cookies, and does not use third-party advertising or analytics platforms. We aim to collect as little information as possible.
Information we do not collect
- Names, email addresses, or contact details (we do not ask for any).
- Behavioral or cross-site tracking data.
- Advertising identifiers.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server request logs — IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and basic availability monitoring. These logs are retained for a short period and are not combined with any other dataset.
Feedback form
If you send feedback through the in-page form, we receive only the plain-text message you submit (up to 200 characters) and the IP address that made the request, used solely for rate limiting. We do not share feedback with third parties.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies. There is nothing to consent to.
External links
State pages link to official government websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
